It appears I went missing from the Professional Learning Network of using technology in the classroom but not from using technology in the classroom. I was surprised that when I had a goal to get my blog active again that it had been two years since I had blogged. I have missed blogging. The truth is, the time I had available to continue to pursue my passion for learning about educational technology was hijacked. The school where I work introduced a new whole school approach to curriculum pedagogy, The Art and Science of Teaching [Mazano] and it was my responsibility to implement it into the school. This was an enormous project. The focus of my professional learning changed to everything ASOT. Now two years down the track, the foundation has been laid in my school and it no longer needs as much of my time to sustain it.
Over the school holidays, I had a chance to get back to the educational area that fuels my passion for teaching - educational technology. Of course, so much has changed, so much more is available. I have made some goals over the holidays that centre around educational technology.

They are just a few goals to give me focus and I am sure that more will evolve throughout the year.
I am excited by what the year will bring me.
